The helmets below are 80-85% original, or thereabouts. The steel shells are 100% original, large size 66's.The liners and split pins are 100% original on most. Some paint is original and some of the paint and decals are postwar. Only one has a chinstrap. They were sold by an author of a recent German helmet identification book, as original. One was sold by a museum in California, as original. Most are very well done and are great for display or reenactors. These are all large size 66. They are all on sale between $510.00 to $565.00 USD. The three best deals ever made on this site, were by people who made their best offer on an item. Apparently, the rest of you are "afraid" to make an offer? What is the worst that can happen? Hawker Hurricane
(There were more Hurricanes than Spitfires in the war). Saw the film the day it came out. All original WW2 era aircraft, not restored, still flyable. Third largest airforce in the world assembled just for this film. The people who made the movie in the 1960's say the film could not be made today. Few people Knew, in 1940, this huge, strategic battle was taking place in the skies over Britain.
